SHIPPING & RETURNS
DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE, PLEASE SUBMIT A CONTACT FORM AND WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO MEET THAT DEADLINE. We do our best to ship ahead of this schedule, we just like to keep our customers apprised of possible delays :)
We ship using USPS. If you have a different desired shipping method, please message us ahead of time or include a note in your order. You will receive a notification that your order was placed via email including what you ordered, the price, shipping cost (if applicable) and where we should ship the order. You will also receive an email once we print your order. This email will include tracking information and details about how long you can expect it may take for your order to arrive. Once you receive the "Shipped" email, please allow 5-10 business days for shipping to update and start tracking. The US Postal service is taking a bit longer than usual due to the Pandemic, so we ask that you bear with us and the Postal Service and allow some time for the order to be delivered. If you have any serious deadlines, please feel free to reach out and we are happy to do everything we can to meet your deadline.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns when an item is grossly misrepresented. If you order an item and it arrives damaged, defective or very different from what you expected, we are happy to return or exchange it! Please just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to guide you through the return or exchange process.
For customers wanting to exchange due to size issues, we do our best to provide clear descriptions of sizing and models as an example to help customers decide which size is best. However, if you receive an item that doesn't fit like you had hoped, we are happy to exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs during exchange and in some cases for returns (such as a return that falls outside of our gross misrepresentation policy.)
